The parcel report in Siting and the constraint report in Aware are customizable. You can configure these reports to include relevant datasets, data subtypes, and customize the visual representation for each.
PDF Report Configuration
This article will cover how to begin customizing the PDF reports that are generated in the Siting and Aware applications in the Pivvot platform. The Siting parcel report and Aware constraint report provide a deeper look into a location's data. They contain an overview of data occurrences in a location or site boundary and then detailed information relating to the dataset. The datasets and how they are configured on these reports is customizable to any project's needs and can be edited at any time.
Accessing the Siting and Aware Report Set Up
- Navigate to the Publish app to begin the set up of the Siting and Aware reports.
- Once in Publish, select the PDF Report Console.
- Inside the PDF Report Console, select "Siting Report" or "Aware Report" from the menu located on the left hand side of the screen.
- After the report is selected, choose to edit by selecting the pencil icon.
Once the pencil icon has been selected you are now able to choose a section of your report you would like to edit:
- Edit the Summary
- Edit the Overview
- Edit the Report Content
Multiple Reports
Each account can have multiple PDF configurations. For example, one account could have a Siting parcel report configured for the site selection group to use and another parcel report configured for the environmental group.
To create an additional report, in the report console, select the Siting or Aware report, then click the add report icon:
To build a report based on your existing report's parameters and setup, you can use the duplicate report icon to create copy of your report.
