      About Aware Deliverables

      Aware deliverables include formatted PDF constraint and permitting reports, crossing reports, project KML, and File Geodatabase of Pivvot data.

      Aware Deliverables

      With Aware, you can create deliverables for your project location or locations that will enhance your understanding of the site, allow you to efficiently analyze your location, and easily share information with colleagues and clients. 

      1. Web Reports
        1. Summary Reports - A qualitative summary of the data that crosses or impacts each location. The summary report can be used to review a single or multiple locations, allowing for side by side comparisons. You can download the Summary report as a CSV/Excel format.
        2. Detail Reports-These reports give the more specific crossing information for your locations. Each Pivvot data set you include in your project will be represented by a detail report. You can download all or individual Detail reports as a CSV/Excel format.
      2. Data Package. Once you generate the data package, Pivvot will compile a zip file containing the following. This information can be used in external systems for further analysis or mapping needs. 
        1. Project.gdb - A zipped File Geodatabase containing all project Locations and their buffers.
        2. Archive.gdb - A zipped File Geodatabase containing Aware Layers from Pivvot's database that apply to your project locations. Note: This may not include all layers.
        3. Zipped raster files of Elevation, Landcover, and Slope for each project Location. TIFF image files of each
        4. KML download--A KML file that includes all of your project locations is included in the data package.
      3. Constraint PDF Report -- Customize your Constraint Report with select datasets, map displays, and qualitative metrics. Your account administrator can tailor this PDF report to your specifications, and depending on your subscription tier, you may have access to multiple templates for different purposes.
      4. Permitting Report -- PDF report that includes a federal level permitting punch list and detailed information about each permit triggered for your site.
