The Dataset Console is used to manage datasets in your account; including creating, deleting and updating datasets. A dataset represents your data in Pivvot. A dataset serves as the basis for creating layers and reports. It is also used to configure searchable information in a site view.
| 1. Search | Type in the search criteria, which can be all or part of a word, and the Dataset Console will locate all datasets meeting that specific criteria. |
| 2. New Dataset | Creates dataset(s) from your uploaded information. |
| 3. New Fulcrum Dataset |
Creates a dataset directly from the Fulcrum platform. Pivvot has developed a robust integration with Fulcrum, a mobile data collection solution. The New Fulcrum Dataset utility allows you to integrate your Fulcrum apps directly into Pivvot. Note: You must have a Fulcrum account along with the developer package in order to use this feature. |
| 4. Update Datasets | This updates multiple datasets simultaneously. |
| 5. Refresh Tables | Refresh the Active Tasks and Most Recent Datasets. |
| 6. Active Tasks | Datasets that are currently being uploaded into Publish. |
| 7. Last Updated Date | This is the date of the last change made in the Active Tasks list. |
| 8. Status | This updates as the progression of the dataset upload changes from "pending" to "complete". |
| 9. Most Recent Datasets | List of recently created or modified datasets. |
| 10. All Tasks | Toggle through all status options. |
