      Viewing KML/KMZ in Map

      You can view KML or KMZ layers in your current browser session. Pivvot supports opening files from both Google Drive or your local hard drive. Follow these steps to load a KML/KMZ layer:

      IMPORTANT:

      • The limit in Google Maps for KMLs is 5mb. Since KMZ are a compressed version of a KML you will need to convert the KMZ to a KML format to know it's true file size.
      • If you are interested in viewing and editing a Redlining layer please use the Open feature in the Redlining tool.
      1. Open Layers .
      2. Click KML Layer to display Upload KML Options.
      3. Choose Drive or Local.
      4. Navigate to the KML/KMZ file.
      5. Select the file.
      6. Click Select/Open.

      The KML/KMZ layer will be available in the Layers Control drop down. You can toggle on and off and zoom to and delete like any other layer.
